I’m surprised my shoulders and upper back aren’t in rough shape today. I can feel the lunges in my ass, that’s for sure.
Jumped on the Ski Erg for 4,000 meters in 18:33.6. Tried to have powerful pulls but keep the stroke rate down.
Also did a max plank hold on hands. Held out for 4:06, a new PR. Did another plank at night for 3:02.
