First Big Snow

Didn’t feel like getting out in the storm so I did my thrusters in the evening.

Thruster Attack Week 5 Workout 1

3 Cycles

  • 8 rounds
    • 20s work (45#)
    • 10s rest
  • 1:30 rest

Did 8 reps each set for the first two cycles and then 9 per set in the final one. That extra rep makes a big difference in the pain.
