Light Bench Work

Finally got to the driving range today and made some progress with my swing. Out in the garage at night.

Bench Press

  • 10×45#
  • 10×95
  • 6×135
  • 3×155
  • 5x3x175 (~60%)
  • 2x15x145 (~50%)

Piece of cake.

Accessory

  • 2×10 DB Side Raises (25#)
  • 2×10 DB Bent-over Side Raises (30#)

I like deload week. 🙂

Conditioning

  • 20:00 Airdyne

Moderate pace to do 6.38 miles.
