Life Time Athletic

Was visiting a friend (posting this a day later and backdating it), who took me to his gym for a pump session. Didn’t keep track of anything, but we did some back, core, triceps, seated shoulder presses, and biceps work. I should probably do more curls because I was so weak with dumbbell curls!
