I started CrossFit on October 31, 2011 and fell in love with it. I’m not an elite athlete and I will never qualify for Regionals, but I’m in the best shape of my life due to this sport. I’ve been a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer since September 6, 2012. I like keeping track of data, so that’s what this site is for. If it helps other people learn about CrossFit, that’s a bonus.
